What We Manage
We manage a diverse portfolio of properties, ranging from an 8-unit townhouse configuration to a 154-unit, 12-storey high rise apartment building, all in HRM. Some of our properties include a commercial component.
In addition to managing condominiums, we have constructed from plans to successful completion, condominiums HCCC #242, #275 and #294, as Project Manager during construction, and as Property Manager since their registration.
The Podium Approach
Our unique view and understanding of the construction and technical aspects of condominiums has enabled us to build a large network of highly qualified and reputable trades people and suppliers, as well as engineers and architects that are current, professional and in tune with the demands and restrictions of condominium work.
This education as a developer has also taught us about the aspects of condominium boards, financial management, and reserve funds. We have been able to put this construction experience to work for our clients managing large repair and remediation projects at several properties.
