Administration Services
We offer a range of Administrative Services including:
- Assistance in obtaining insurance and renewals of service contracts
- Review of building insurance on an annual basis
- Preparation of estoppel certificates and other documentation in connection with the sale and refinancing of units
- Assistance in arranging financing of large capital expenditures which exceed reserves as an alternative to special assessments
- Organization of and attendance at the unit owners’ AGM, yearly general meeting and Board of Directors’ periodic meetings.
- Memo and general correspondence preparation
- Preparation and mailing of meeting notices and building information
