Administration Services

We offer a range of Administrative Services including:

  • Assistance in obtaining insurance and renewals of service contracts
  • Review of building insurance on an annual basis
  • Preparation of estoppel certificates and other documentation in connection with the sale and refinancing of units
  • Assistance in arranging financing of large capital expenditures which exceed reserves as an alternative to special assessments
  • Organization of and attendance at the unit owners’ AGM, yearly general meeting and Board of Directors’ periodic meetings.
  • Memo and general correspondence preparation
  • Preparation and mailing of meeting notices and building information
